CLARITY AND DIRECTION THROUGH CAREER CLARITY PROGRAM
We are of the strong opinion that digging deep in any children needs special environment which must be peaceful and free of disturbance from routine hustle bustle of life hence 1-2 days camp of children start with early morning yoga/meditation followed by expert lectures, preparation of detailed report of child through one to one question answers sessions with children and parents, doubt clearing sessions, subconscious brain programming exercises, games to learn rules of life,talent hunt show etc. This detailed report is studied further by experts and 2-3 career fields are suggested to child and parents after a series of one to one counselings.
First Hand EXposure with the Suggested
career field
Once 2-3 career fields are decided for a child (or child himself/herself is having 2-3 career fields in mind) he/she is given a chance for getting a real time experience of that particular field through a 10-20 days ( after school/college hours) camp comprising of detailed nitty gritty of that field, exposure talk with professionals of that career, field visits and visit of best institutes for that career field.
These Clarity Cum Exposure Camps are followed by detailed information about the best available institute of that particular field and process of admission in it. Parents and students are also guided about scholarships available and best coaching for completing the admission process. At the same time we also guide parents about plan B , in case of failure in plan A.
In BYC, each child explores himself/herself under guidance of an expert to understand and feel his/her aptitude, interest, personality, nature, innate potential etc through offline mode only . At the same time parents are equally involved during the entire process of exploration, exposure and experimentation with their children so that both flows in the same direction.
