career clarity program For Students

This is the best time for developing good habits and identifying areas of natural potential and inclination, as children have minimal influence from society and friends till this age. Additionally, children at this stage have a basic understanding of their lives. As they begin to enter puberty, they face challenges in physiology and psychology, alongside their academics.

At this time, children are at risk of getting lost among the vast array of academic subjects, often resulting in “directionless hard work.” We are here to provide direction in academics, tips on parenting, and discussions on behavioral issues and academic/non-academic planning. We also address physiological and psychological changes and offer motivation to overcome any obstacles they may face.

The interaction, lasting 45-60 minutes, can be conducted with or without parents.

If the team at BYC finds the interaction suitable, the child can then be enrolled for a detailed psychometric assessment.

Online or Offline (Both).

• Any student in the 8th, 9th or 10th grade.

Step 1 – Exclusively Offline:

• One full day (9:30 AM – 6:45 PM) in-depth analysis through pen-and-paper assessment tests and a parallel, but separate, 1 hour interaction and questionnaire for parents.
• Preparation of a 32-page Career Assessment Report by a panel of career counselors, taking 7 days.

Step 2 – Offline or Online:

• A one-hour one-to-one counseling session with the student and parents,conducted by a certified career counsellor.
• Follow-up calls/meetings to resolve any issues that arise after counseling

Step 2 is Offline OR Online.

One full day for Step 1

One hour for Step 2, which occurs 7-8 days after step 1.

• For absolute clarity in stream continuity/correction and finalization of career field,course and college.

• Follow-up calls/meetings to resolve any issues that arise after counseling.

Online(through video) OR Offline.

• Any student from class 8th to 12th or already in College who wants to get real and practical exposure to a career field.
• Any student who is having 2-3 career fields in mind and wants to decide on a final one.
• Hands on experience and exposure before final decisions about the subject/stream/course/college based on career assessment.

• How would I actually feel in the career field that I am thinking ofpursuing?
• Analysis and real experience to know the pros and cons of different career fields for real comparison.
• What areas do I need to improve for the best career progression?
• Which futuristic career options are available for me?

• A 10-15 minute history is taken to understand the reason and logic behind the selection of 2-3 courses/career fields.
• Two career assessment tests for assessing interest and intelligence,if required.
• Real Time exposure through field visits, short internship in related industries, and interaction with subject experts.
• Follow up calls/Meeting to resolve any issues that arise after exposure and experience.

Initial 1-2 steps online/offline, but real exposure is offline only.

• For securing educational loans or scholarships as per suitability.

• How to get a scholarship or loan and ensure admission to the best possible college in India/abroad.

• A 10-15 minute history is taken to understand the reason behind the need for scholarships/loans.
• A 45 minute One-to-One Counseling session with students and parents,conducted by experts in the scholarship/loan field.
• Follow up calls/Meeting to resolve any issues that arise after counseling for scholarships/loans.
