CAREER CLARITY SEMINARS- OFFLINE/ONLINE SEMINAR FOR YOUR SCHOOL/COLLEGE
- Any school/college/institute/organization in India/abroad to provide insights into different streams, courses, and careers. These seminars are a crucial part of career counselling in schools and career counselling in colleges.
- Different Modules for classes 4-7, classes 8-10, classes 11-12, and colleges.
- Information about different verticals, subjects, courses, and career options.
- Information about eligibility and criteria for various career options for children with different capacities
- Insights into futuristic career options available for students.
- A firm interaction with students to understand their demands and confusions.
- 45-60 minute seminar with students in the presence of teachers and parents, conducted by highly experienced psychologists and certified career counsellors.
- 15-20 minute question answers session AND One-to-One interaction to clarify doubts.

USP – This seminar is uniquely designed for students of different standards. It is less informative and more focused on clarifying doubts, discussing out-of-the-box career options, and guiding students according to their individual capacities.

COMPACT CAREER CLARITY PROGRAM – “1.5-3 HOUR CLARITY PROGRAM” OFFLINE/ONLINE
- Any school, college, institute, or organization in India at their campus or BYC, offering career counselling training workshops tailored for students of class 8-10, class 11-12, and colleges.
- For which stream/field am I made?
- What are my aptitude, interest, personality, values, and strengths??
- What stream/subjects/courses/career field will be apt for me and why?
- Is the career option I am considering suitable for me??
- What areas should I improve for the best career progression?
- How to create a balance between my parents’ dreams and my own?
- Which futuristic career options are suitable for me?
Step 1 – Offline or Online as per convenience.
- A 10-15 minute interaction with students to understand their demands and confusions
Step 2 – Preparation of Career Assessment Report
- 60-75 Minutes deep digging of students through assessment tests and parallel but separate interaction and questionnaire for parents.
- Preparation of Career Assessment Report by a panel of career counsellors, which takes 2-3 days.
Step 3 – Group OR One-to-One Counseling
- 60 Minutes Group counseling with the student and parents followed by 30 Minutes of One-to-One questions by a certified career counsellor (Offline or Online, at your campus, BYC, or through video calling).
Follow-Up:
- Follow-up calls/meetings to resolve issues that arise after counseling.
USP – This Program involves deep drilling through career assessment tests followed by Group and one-to-one counselling. Parents are also equally involved (although confidentiality is maintained). This is a 1.5-3 hour process which is very practical and economical for schools/institutes. Students of the same school/college feel more comfortable if conducted at their campus.
Steps are Offline OR Online as per convenience.
1.5-3 Hours. Counselling is conducted 2-3 days after assessment tests.
DETAILED CAREER CLARITY PROGRAM – “FULL DAY FULL CLARITY” OFFLINE/ONLINE
- Any school, college, institute, or organization in India at their campus or at BYC.
- Different Career Clarity Program Modules for class 8-10, class 11-12, and colleges.
- For which stream/field am I made?
- What are my aptitude, interests, personality, values, and strengths??
- What stream/subjects/courses/career field will be apt for me and why?
- Is the career option I am considering suitable for me??
- What areas should I improve for the best career progression?
- How to create a balance between my parents’ dreams and my own?
- Which futuristic career options are suitable for me?
Step 1 – Offline/Online.
- 5-6 hours(11 AM – 5 PM) deep digging of students through five pen-and-paper assessment tests and parallel but separate 1-hour interaction and questionnaire for parents.
Step 2 – Preparation of Career Assessment Report
- Preparation of a 32-page Career Assessment Report by a panel of career counsellors, which takes 3-4 days.
Step 3 – One-to-One Counseling
- 1-hour one-to-one counseling with the student and parents with a certified career counsellor (Offline or Online, at your campus, BYC, or through video calling).
Follow-Up:
- Follow-up calls/meetings to resolve issues that arise after counseling.
USP – CCP involves very deep drilling through 5-6 Hours of offline/Online career assessment tests followed by 1-hour one-to-one counselling. Parents are also involved equally(although confidentiality is maintained). This is not a 1-2 hour process but a detailed, authentic, and scientific career counselling training workshop. Students of the same school/college feel more comfortable if conducted at their campus.
Steps are Offline OR Online as per convenience.
5-6 Hours in Step 1 and one hour for Step 3. Step 3 is conducted 3-4 days after step 1.
