For BYC, each child matters equally hence for digging deep scientific processes like detailed report through detailed and one to one questionnaire, series of expert lectures and individual career counseling sessions with children and parents, subconscious brain programming, visualization and imagination, discussing available career basket, goal setting and achievement strategy, appointment of personal career cum life coach, exposure cum experiential learning about chosen field, tie up with best available college/institute etc are adopted as strategies and tools. Each child is unique and vast hence long term association with child and family is the key for desired results.

For deep exploration our experts need to spend time with each child so that this important life decision could be taken scientifically, authentically and with full information and expertise. In these camps only, children/parents can focus and remain undistracted from the routine hustle bustle of life. Series of individual counselings are required for getting answers to the dilemma and confusions a student have regarding career,college and life in general.

No, for best results one has to remain present physically for 1-2 days camps. Yes, after that for a series of one to one counselings, one can go for online mode too if situations are not permitting for physical presence. Although we encourage physical presence for best outcomes.

Not compulsory, but definitely recommended for best outcomes of camp because it is the parents who can tell in details about their child and also there are certain issues which could be addressed by parents only.

We strongly believe that there is something very good and very unique in each child, It doesn’t matter much whether he/she is good in academics or not. Hence we will explore each student without any prejudice or pre-requisite of academic performance and academic excellence. Maybe you are the one who will create jobs for who are good in academics.

As per Indian educational system there are science (A and B group), commerce and humanities for subjects selection after 10th but what they have and what one should opt, is a matter of deep and detailed understanding about personality, aptitude,interest,orientation,temperament and other factors of a child.

It can’t be answered straightaway. One need detailed exploration about personality, interests, temperament, aptitude,orientation etc to know what would be the best for him/her.

Not at all. Even humanities and commerce streams have thousands of career options with them. Need is to explore them properly and deeply.

Just don’t go as per your feelings but better go for a detailed career clarity camp and if there also it is proved that you are in the wrong stream as per your fitment, then definitely need to re think over it. Taking a U turn is a much better choice than running on a highway in the wrong direction.

Actually score in the 10th must not be any criteria for stream/subject selection in 11th. It is personality, aptitude, interest, orientation and motivational factors of the child, which should decide everything about career and other things.

It is very natural for a child of adolescent age to get influenced by peers and trends but if he is shown the right path in right way with the help of experts and he/she is realized about his/her true potential and abilities than definitely he/she shall be convinced for the right journey , rather than blind journey.

Every human is mysterious and that mystery is unending, still by use of properly designed scientific processes and expertise of the experts, it is possible to know about temperament, personality,aptitude,interest areas etc of a child which could be used as guide for career clarity.

Absolutely one can and one should but that skill based career also should be decided after proper guidance of the Xperia and exposure of the fields.

If you are sure about your career fields, you can come directly in exposure cum experience camps.

It takes 2 full days for a career clarity camp followed by 2 to 3 one to one counselings. This camp may require leave from school for a day or two, but isn’t it worthy to take leave of one to two days from school/college for deciding this life turning event??

It takes around 10 days for this camp but as it is done daily for 3 hours only and that too after the school/college time, so it doesn’t affect any routine of the child.

No career option is either best or worst. It is the fitment of the child for the particular career option, which makes it best or worst for him/her.

Although different school boards have a big difference in their subjects and methodology of assessments, that doesn’t change core personality,interest area, aptitude and basic orientation of the child so board of school is not at all a limiting factor for attending any camp.
